The traffic cones should be made by suitable & durable plastic,
the base of which should be heavy rectangle to provide
standalone Stability with conical body of height not less than 2 ft.
It should be painted with orange fluorescent paint with retro
reflective strip of 1 to 2 inch width around the conical body at
suitable height.
